EXPRESS HOST BRIGHT STARS IN FINE FORM
Seven-time StarTimes Uganda Premier League champions Express FC find themselves in a brilliant run of form as they prepare to host Soltilo Bright Stars FC at Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku on Tuesday.

Coming into Tuesday’s game, the Red Eagles have won their previous three outings against Onduparaka FC (2-1), BUL FC (1-0), and Busoga FC (1-0) and they will be seeking a fourth straight victory when they host the Kavumba-based side.
The in-form Red Eagles are positioned fifth on the 15-team SUPL log with 14 points only three points behind table leaders Wakiso Giants FC who have played a game more.

Victory with a goal difference of at least three goals will ensure that the CECAFA champions move to the top spot in the SUPL table.
The Red Eagles will welcome back midfielder Hussein Ssonoga who has been pivotal in the middle of the park but missed the win over Busoga last week due to suspension.

David Lukwago, Aboubakar Kasule, Yusuf Ssozi, Desmond Kanene, and Faisal Ssekyanzi remain on the sidelines with injuries while Anwar Ntege is out due to personal reasons.
When Express and Bright Stars met last season, none of the two teams won following 0-0 and 1-1 stalemates in Kavumba and Wankulukuku respectively.
Defenders Andrew Kaggwa and Derrick Ngoobi, and forward Joseph Akandwanaho will be facing their former club.
REACTIONS
James Odoch – Head Coach

“Bright Stars is one of the most stubborn teams this league has and I know they will pose a big threat to us tomorrow. They won their last game against Onduparaka and that motivates them. But as a team, we have continued to improve in each game and we know the importance of winning tomorrow’s game and the focus is on grabbing the three points.”
Andrew Kaggwa – Defender

“We find ourselves in a good run of results and we want to maintain that performance but we are going to face a tricky side who are trying to gather results here and there and are going to come to try and prove a point but I believe that we have prepared enough to encounter them.
