We Shall Turn The Corner – Wasswa Bbosa.

Express FC’s league title defense got off to a wrong start with a 2-0 home loss to newly promoted side Arua Hill Sports Club on Friday but head coach Wasswa believes the team will come good on match day two.

Next up for the Red Eagles is an away trip to UPDF FC at Bombo Military grounds on Saturday and Bbosa states that they’ll have had enough time to make good and put up a decent performance.

“The loss last Friday was a rude awakening, we prepared and planned well but they (Arua Hill) wanted it more, we’ve since re-grouped and continued working on where we fell short so hopefully by Saturday we shall be good to go. We know we need to be consistent to be up there (table) and we shall turn the corner”.

The loss to Arua Hill also ended Express FC’s home unbeaten run which had stretched to 17 matches across all competitions. The Red Eagles are bidding to win an 8th league title in the club’s history.
