THE YELLOW CARD EXPRESS FC PLAYER OF THE MONTH: KAMBALE, SENKAABA AND SSEKYEMBE MAKE DECEMBER SHORTLIST.
The Yellowcard Express FC December player of the month shortlist is out pitting two forwards and a left back in George Senkaaba, Erick Kambale and Ssekyembe Sadiq respectively.
The trio have excelled above the rest in the month of December guiding the club to 4th spot and also ensuring the unbeaten run remains intact.
SADIQ SSEKYEMBE.
The left back has proved to be a good replacement for the injured Arthur Kiggundu managing all five league outings in December and picking up an assist and a Man of the match award.
Sadiq was on hand to assist Erick Kambale’s goal on matchday 11 against Gaddafi FC in the 1-0 win at the Muteesa II stadium Wankulukuku. He also picked up the MOTM award in the same game.
GEORGE SENKAABA.
The bully forward has also impressed this month managing all five games of the month and picking up a goal and an assist in the process. “Junior Agogo” opened the scoring on match day 13 which was also the last league game of the year at home as the Red Eagles went on to rout Busoga United FC 4-0.
His assist on match day nine against Mbarara City FC for the first goal a penalty which was converted by Erick Kambale after Walugembe Raymond was fouled in the box helped the team win 2-0.

The lanky forward is enroute to being the first player to win the award back to back. The November winner has also posted good figures in December.
Kambale has featured in all five league outings and scored four goals and adding an assist in the process. The forward kicked off his goal feast on match day 9 at home against Mbarara City FC as the Red Eagles won 2-0 with Kambale and Lwesibawa scoring.
He then scored the only goal again at home on match day 11 against Gaddafi FC heading home Sadiq Ssekyembe’s corner kick but it was on the last game at home of the year that he made it count notching a brace against Busoga United FC to take his tally to four in the month.
