The Red Eagles will start there 2022/23 season when they visit UPDF FC away in Bombo on Saturday 1st October on match day 1 of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

The Red Eagles are aiming to start the season on a high and also build confidence among the new INs. Express FC has managed 1 win in the two clubs last 5 games, drawing 2 games and losing 2 games.

The last game ended in a draw.

Midfielders Yusuf Ssozi and Abubaker Kasule suffer Knee Joint and muscle Injuries respectively whereas Goalkeeper Lukwago has long-term injury. Right back Joseph Dhata has a knock he received while away on National Team (South Sudan)
