Express FC announces mercurial forward Sheif Batte has completed his move to the Red Eagles, this was confirmed after he put pen to paper on a one-year contract which will see him play for the club until 2024.

He has previously featured at SC Villa, Maroons FC, Kyetume, UPF, Gaddafi FC, Super Eagle F.C, Kazo, Kazo Academy, KKL, Stegotta F.C, and was named in the 23-man squad that represented Uganda in the CHAN 2018 tournament held in Morocco.

“I am very excited to Join Express FC, this is a big club every player would to play for and I am to deliver. To the express fans, I can’t wait to see you.” Sheif Batte told the club media

Head coach James Odoch speaking to club media, “I’m very happy that we have acquired the services of a proven goal scorer who is still in his best years of the game, the goal-scoring department last season was lacking even and we believe Batte is going to make it only stronger.”
