Mercurial midfield attacker Allan Kayiwa signs for the Red Eagles on a one year contract. The soft spoken midfielder completed his move to Wankulukuku after a length of boardroom talks with club officials.

Allan Kayiwa has been playing for Vipers for 3 seasons and is the second player to join Express FC from the Kitende based side after right back Joseph Dhata.
