Expsress FC goalkeeping coach Sam Kawalya can now authoritatively afford a smile following the recent acquisition of two goalkeepers by the club ahead of the new season.

24 year old Cryspus Kusiima and 20 year old Uganda Hippos shot stopper Denis Otim are the new faces that joined seasoned campaigner Muwanga Matthias in the department ahead of next season something goalkeeping coach Sam Kawalya says all three goal minders tick the boxes.

“Both goalkeepers that we signed possess the qualities needed to play for a big club like this (Express FC) so we couldn’t have scouted better” Kawalya

Kawalya told the club website before adding,

“I believe in all of them including Matthias Muwanga and am certain that the upcoming season will totally be different for the better,”he asserted.

The six time league winners who leaked in 37 goals last season will now have to hope the figure is slashed by half or better inorder to earn a top three finish a feat the Red Eagles last achieved in the 2015/16 season.
