Mubaraka Nsubuga scored his third goal of the season as the Red Eagles beat Ndejje University 1-0 on Tuesday at the Arena of Visions.

We talked him about the game and below is what he said.

On the game….

It was a tough game whereby both sides needed the points but we needed them more we have been working together as a team because we believe in one thing, we can do it. What we failed to do in the first round we have to do them in the second round that’s why everyone was committed we worked as a team until we got those three points we really needed.

On what the win means to the team…

On our side it has given us a challenge We want to win any game which comes our way, we don’t want to lose again we have worked on the mistakes and we have been improving.

On the motivation after scoring the wining goal and getting back the scoring boots…

It is not bad, I really needed it and the past 4 games I have been fighting to get a goal until today when I forced it and I know it’s not going to stop here and I have to stay focused work hard to see that I add something

On the belief coach Sim has in him and playing Centre forward….

I’m comfortable with it because he first talks to me and tells me so when I go on the pitch I don’t want to let him down. I work hard to see that wherever he tells me to play I give 100% because I’m a football player everywhere the coach tell you to play you just give 100% if the coach trusts you, you give him what he is looking for in you.
