We Have Done What We Could To Prepare The Players – Kisala

The Red Eagles are in action on Tuesday against KCCA at Wankulukuku. Here are our head coach’s thoughts on the game

On preparations for tomorrow’s game…

We are well prepared because it is already on the fixture. We have done what we could to prepare the players who are available because we have those who are injured but at the end of the day we have players who can play and replace those who are injured and live up to the billing

On the poor performance, What has gone wrong….

In football winning and losing are twins so you can’t leave out losing but the best way is how you come out after losing the game so that you prepare the mentality of the players so that they play and win the next game because even if you win today you have to win tomorrow so we coaches, the players we are always in a win win situation if you win today you also have to win tomorrow, if you lose you have to pick up yourself and win the next game.

On the team news…

We have injuries, Ruben has never featured for us, he is out, Arthur Kigundu is just coming back, Odur had a knock so he didn’t feature in our last game but we expect him to be fit, Kayiwa is 50-50 and our goalkeeper Muwanga is also out with a groin problem so we have injuries and we are worried because those are some of the key players, our top scorers are Odur with three goals and two assists and then Kayiwa and missing them is a blow. If a player is 50-50 it’s not good, you know the game needs to find your players when they are 100% but we pray they feature tomorrow and live up to the expectations.
