
Richard Bbosa Makes U20 Squad.
Express FC defender Richard Bbosa is smiling ear to ear following a call up to the Uganda Hippos squad.
The 19-year-old right back who joined the Red Eagles in the off season from Super Cubs Football Academy was named in the 46-man squad announced by the U-20s national team head coach Morley Byekwaso.
Asked about the call up, Bbosa revealed it was down to hard work.
“I am glad to be summoned to the Uganda Hippos, like any other player I’d want to represent my nation and I’ll do just that when the time comes”. He revealed.

The Uganda Hippos will be preparing for the Zonal U-20 AFCON qualifiers which will be played from 22nd November to 6th December in Tanzania.
Uganda is in group B with South Sudan, Burundi and Eriteria. The winner of the tournament will qualify for AFCON U-20 tournament which will take place in 2021.
The Federation of Uganda Football Associations is also preparing the under 17 squad for the upcoming AFCON U-17 Zonal qualifiers set to take place in Rwanda from 13th to 28th December.
The two teams that reach the final will represent the CECAFA region in the AFCON U-17 tournament which will take place in Morocco.

Six Red Eaglets led by Captain Shugai Kaliisa have been summoned by the head coach Hamza Lutalo along with 46 other players who will camp at the FUFA technical centre in Njeru from 4th November to 9th December.
The other Express FC players summoned include goalkeepers Henry Mwebe and Humphrey Oyirwoth, defender Peter Gava, midfielder Samir Mudiba and attacker Hassan Mubiru.
