Uganda Cranes centre back Murushid Juuko has spoken out on why he chose to sign for the club ahead of the new season.
The 26 year old who has previously featured for Tanzanian giants Simba SC and Wydad Casablanca says the club’s current direction made it easy for him to sign his one year contract.

“It’s no secret that the level of organization at the club is top class, as players we always want such environments to succeed and i couldn’t have made a better decision at the right time” Murushid said.
About working with Head coach Wasswa Bossa, “Big J” like he’s fondly known by his teammates was quick to stress how impactful the experience has been.
“Working with Coach Bossa is a great step in my career, i appreciate that he understands every player’s situation which is key in building our confidence” he stressed.
Murushid who has featured at the last two AFCON tournaments for the Cranes becomes the club’s 16th signing. Head coach Wasswa Bossa is chasing the elusive seventh league title which the club last won in the 2012 season.
