Kefa got his first win of the season against Police on Tuesday at Lugogo. Here is what he had to say about the game.

On getting the first win…

Our first win has been good and has come in a really good time because we lost and drew our first two games that means the past experience gives you what to do in the future this win has been good it gives us confidence as fans, players, coaches and administration investing in something without result you lose morale so this win gives us morale.

On the performance of Muwanga in our goal…

We are lucky to have him, he is an experienced goalkeeper and he was commanding his team very well. It is good to have him in our goal and as they say to win championships you have to have a good goalkeeper and he is one of them.

On his attackers getting off the mark…

I am happy for them that they have got off the mark. It is always good to have forwards who can convert chances and win games for the team.

On Kiggundu’s performance in centre back…

I am happy for him, he performed well in a position where he rarely plays. That’s really good for him

On the effect of the turf to his players…

We have not been able to train on the turf before playing on it but coming here and score 3 goals is a very good sign. We shall make sure that next time when playing on the turf we do our last training on it.
