My Players Fought Gallantly To Get a Point – Kisala
The Red Eagles drew 1-1 with Bright Stars at Mwererwe. We talked to head coach Kefa Kisala after the game and this is what he had to say.
On the game…
The game has not been easy because by Ugandan standards missing nearly half of the players who started the last game isn’t easy. So I thank the players who have fought gallantly and got a point.
On the injuries…
We shall try to manage them good enough we are having an international break so it will help us manage them.
On the absentees…
Missing like six players on the first eleven then we cone here and get a point it is not easy so I’d like to thank my players
On Bright Stars looking a shaper side…
Wining and losing are twins so you can’t come here with a guarantee that you are going to win but they have played well, congratulations to them but we have not been having six first team players so we also played well.
On Ntambi’s performance…
He didn’t play well may be because he was playing out of position. In all our seven games he has paying right back but because of injuries he was shifted to centre back in a very short time so it has affected him.
