It’s on rare occasions that former players recommend young talents for the club to sign up like Fred Tamale did to recommend winger Baker Sakah, our seventh signing.

The “cameraman” like he was fondly known by the fans during his exciting playing days has spoken out on how he zeroed down to the club’s latest arrival insisting he couldn’t have selected a better player.

“Firstly I’d like to thank the technical team for listening to me, I’ve seen Baker Sakah play on numerous occasions and I was more than convinced that he belonged to the Red Eagles”

Tamale said.

Regarding what Baker Sakah brings to the team, Tamale echoed the 19 year old’s pace and self belief.

“Sakah will offer pace to the team’s attack ofcourse pending coach Wasswa Bossa’s decision on where to play him but he also believes in himself which is key for a player at this level”

He added.

Fred Tamale won six titles with Express FC, winning the league and domestic cup in equal measure.
