Express FC have on Wednesday 12th August confirmed the capture of Uganda Hippos goalkeeper Otim Denis.

The 20 year old, formerly at Mbarara City joins the Red Eagles on a four year deal and can’t wait to get started.

“I have joined the Red Eagles because it’s a big club in the country and I expect to use it as a spring board to further my career” Otim told the club website.

The goal minder who was also on the books of Vipers and Nyamityobora FC becomes the second goalkeeper to join Wasswa Bossa’s charges after Cryspus Kusiima who joined on Monday 10th August.

Denis Otim was part of the 2019 Uganda Hippos squad which reached the quarterfinals of the CECAFA U20 tournament held in Uganda. His arrival means the goalkeeping department is now complete with main stay Matthias Muwanga leading the way while Denis Otim and Cryspus Kusiima follow in no particular order.
