Express FC Forwards Impress In Build Up Games.

Express FC 8 Vs 1 Vision Africa Academy.

Express FC 6 Vs 1 Kisugu United.

Express FC continued their preparations ahead of the new season with impressive victories against Vision Africa Academy and Kisugu United respectively.

The Red Eagles dispatched Vision Africa 8-1 on Friday afternoon with forwards Mustafa Kiragga, Frank Kalanda and George Ssenkaaba all scoring. Kiragga’s hattrick was followed by braces from Kalanda and Ssenkaaba while skipper Enock Walusimbi nodded home the other goal.

It wasn’t any different on Saturday morning against Kisugu United in another build up game which saw the club win 6-1.

Skipper Enock Walusimbi leveled matters in the first half before an Eric Kambaale penalty gave the Red Eagles a 2 – 1 lead after recess.

George Ssenkaaba, Charles Musiige (Penalty), Joshua Musoke and Kiragga Mustafa completed the rout.

Head coach Wasswa Bbosa was happy about both results and is hopeful that going forward, the team will improve.

“Right now we are in our final touches ahead of our game against Onduparaka (5th December) and that’s the reason why we’ve played this friendly, am happy the forwards have scored, it’s a very good sign. We now have to touch up a few things and we shall be good to go” Bbosa said after the game.

Express FC start their league campaign away to Onduparaka on 5th December with head Coach Wasswa Bossa chasing a seventh league title for the Red Eagles.
